About TrafficMaxima
TrafficMaxima helps people who post to Shorts, blogs, Instagram, and Threads decide what to make today quickly. It gathers on one screen: popular posts from communities in Korea and abroad, YouTube's trending videos, videos that took off well beyond their usual views, and videos that went viral overseas but have not yet appeared in your country. The originals stay on each site; TrafficMaxima shows the lists and links to the originals.
Services We Provide
- Communities
- Browse Popular, Rising, and Latest posts from public community boards in Korea and abroad, grouped by country and topic. Every community we currently collect from is listed in the chips at the top of the Communities screen.
- YouTube & Shorts
- Browse YouTube's trending videos from South Korea, the US, Japan, Taiwan, and Spain, by Shorts or Long-form and by category. We also show how many times over its usual views a video has reached (outliers). "Breakout CC videos" collects Creative Commons (CC BY) videos that have been viewed far more often than their channel's subscriber count (credit the original creator when you reuse them).
- Channel Revenue
- See a table of the channels that appeared in YouTube's trending videos, with their subscribers, average views, upload frequency, Shorts share, and estimated monthly revenue (an estimate).
- Time-Lag Radar
- Finds videos that took off in another country but whose same video or same channel has not yet appeared in the trending list of the country you select.
- Global Hot Deals
- Browse hot deals that received many recommendations in communities, plus Coupang Gold Box deals, by shopping site and category. Some links and referral codes are affiliate links or codes, and are marked as such.
- Blogs & Live News
- Gathers new and popular posts from blogs in IT, economy, daily life, career, and culture, along with breaking, economy, IT, and entertainment news.
- App Rankings & Game Rankings
- Shows Apple's official App Store top free and top paid app charts by country, and Steam game rankings, exactly as published.
- AI Benchmarks & Showcase
- Shows language, image, video, and audio model rankings published by Artificial Analysis, and new model listings from OpenRouter, together with their sources.
- Today's Ideas
- Brings together on one screen: words that surged well above their usual level across several Korean communities today (Co-trending); videos trending together in the YouTube lists of two or more countries (Shared hits); videos trending only in Korea (Export candidates); and videos trending only overseas (Overseas hits). It picks topics by counting words in titles; it is not an AI-written summary.
How We Collect and Rank Data
- Collection
- Communities, hot deals, and YouTube are checked about every 15 minutes; news is checked every hour against each source's public lists and feeds. YouTube data comes from the YouTube Data API, and news comes from the GDELT Project and Google News. We do not collect posts that require login, or from sites whose robots.txt blocks general collection.
- What we store
- Only list information such as titles, links, times, and view, recommendation, and comment counts. We do not store post bodies, images, or comment text.
- Ranking
- Popular covers posts from the last 48 hours, and Rising covers posts from the last 10 hours. Communities differ in size, so we first rank posts within each community and then rotate them into the list, so that one large site does not take over the whole list.
- Outliers
- A video whose view count is 3× or more the median view count of that channel's recent uploads.
- Estimated earnings
- Estimates based on public average RPM (the amount a creator earns per 1,000 views) by country and format. They differ from actual earnings.
- Retention
- List information for communities, news, and blogs is deleted automatically after 7 days, and YouTube video information after 30 days. The originals remain on their source sites.
- Failed collection
- Sources whose collection failed in a given round are shown as they are, below the list.

Copyright in each post, video, and article belongs to its original publisher. TrafficMaxima shows only the information needed for the list and a link to the original, which opens the original site when clicked. If you want something removed from the list, please send the information described in the Content & removal policy. We remove it right after verification.
The emoji artwork on this site is Google's Noto Emoji (SIL Open Font License 1.1) and Noto Animated Emoji (CC BY 4.0). The animation plays with lottie-web (MIT). We use the artwork as it is, without modification.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is it free?
- All features available now are free, and there is no sign-up. If we open paid features, we will tell you in advance which features are paid.
- Which sites' posts do you collect?
- Public community, blog, and news feeds in Korea and abroad, App Store and Steam charts, and YouTube trending videos. The list of communities is shown in the chips at the top of the Communities screen.
- Why isn't ○○ community included?
- We do not include sites whose robots.txt blocks collection, that require login to view, or that block access. If you would like a site added, let us know through Contact.
- How often does it update?
- Communities and YouTube are collected about every 15 minutes. App and game rankings and AI model information are fetched from each source's charts less often.
- Which countries does the Time-Lag Radar support?
- South Korea, the US, Japan, Taiwan, and Spain. Press a country button to see popular videos from other countries that have not yet appeared in that country's trending list.
- The numbers differ from the original.
- View and recommendation counts are the values at the time of collection, so they may be lower than the original. If they still differ, please contact us through Contact with the original URL.
- I want my post removed from the list.
- Send the information described in the Content & removal policy, and we will remove it right after verification.
- Do you provide investment information?
- No. Price and trend information only presents facts; it is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
