Privacy Policy
(the "Operator") processes the personal information of TrafficMaxima users as set out below. The Service does not require sign-up. The only personal information a user enters directly is the optional email address in the contact window.
1. Information We Process
- When you contact us
- If you send a message through the contact window on the screen, we keep the type and content of the inquiry, the email address for a reply (only if you entered one), the address of the page you sent it from, your country of access, and the time it was sent. If you contact us by email, we keep the email address and content you send. Both are kept for replying and keeping processing records. The contact window does not store IP addresses. You can send an inquiry without an email address, but in that case we cannot reply to you.
- Automatically when you visit
- The Service runs on Cloudflare. While delivering pages and blocking attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser information, and access time. To block automated collection programs, an IP address that accesses a hidden blocking address is kept on a block list for 2 hours, and an IP address that sends an excessive number of requests in a short time is kept for 1 hour; they are then deleted automatically (for IPv6, the first 64 bits).
- Cookies
- To block automated collection programs, when you pass a human verification check (Cloudflare Turnstile), a verification cookie that lasts 30 minutes is set. This cookie contains only an expiry time and a signature, and no information that can identify you. Apart from this, we do not store user information in cookies or browser storage (such as localStorage).
2. External Services
- Cloudflare (United States)
- Hosting, data storage, and security. To provide the Service, the access information described above and the information received through the contact window (type and content of the inquiry, email address, page address, country, and time) are processed and stored overseas.
- Tailwind CSS CDN · jsDelivr · Google Fonts
- When screen styles and fonts are loaded, these servers receive users' IP addresses.
- Original sites of thumbnail images
- Thumbnails for videos, games, apps, blogs, community posts, hot deals, and live trends are not stored by us. They are loaded directly from the original sites (YouTube, Steam, App Store, Google, each community, shopping site, blog, and so on), so those sites receive users' IP addresses.
- YouTube API Services
- YouTube video and channel information is received through the YouTube API Services. The Service does not access users' Google or YouTube accounts. For details, see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Retention Periods
- Inquiry content: deleted within one year after the inquiry has been handled (inquiries received through the contact window are automatically deleted one year after the date of receipt). Where laws set a different period, that period applies.
- IP addresses on the block list: deleted automatically when the block expires (up to 2 hours).
4. User Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your own information that we hold by sending an email. We will process such requests without delay after verification.
5. Children Under 14
The Service is not directed at children under 14 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect the personal information of children.

7. Changes
When this policy is changed, the changes are posted on this page at least 7 days before they take effect. If we open membership or payment features, the information we process will change, so we will revise and announce this policy before that happens.
